It has its own wave pool which generates gentle waves that splash its way to the shallow parts of the pool.
How big is the pool? It’s just 17,500 square feet. The park has several twisting and turning four-story water slides. Are you worried about your young ones? The play pool has shallow waters perfect for relaxing or for the younger members of the family. Your children will also enjoy climbing and sliding the Paradise Play area. Cameron Run Regional Park is home to two acres of water named Lake Cook. The lake perhaps which about 15-foot deep is stocked with trout, bass, and bluegill. These fishes can be found all over the lake and you can cast with ease anywhere within the lake’s perimeter. This is a nice fishing hole to start your children as young anglers. You do need to have a fishing license if they’re under 16. By the way, boats are not allowed on the lake.
Cameron Run Regional Park has its own mini-golf
If you’re a golf lover, you might want to share that passion with the rest of your family. Especially if you have young kids, mini golf can be a great option for teaching some of the basics while also having a great time.
